Absolutely free to you ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR PURCHASE PRICE we absorb the entire cost of shipping fees. 

EXTRA COSTS?

We are not responsible for any ADDITIONAL fees such as customs after items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you may on a very off chance encounter custom fees when they arrive to your country however the value of the items is low and to our knowledge we have never had a customer encounter these fees.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our estimated Target Shipping times are Below however in certain remote locations or areas of civil unrest or with extended customs holding periods may vary

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

We have in Beta a tracking notification system via SMS in which you must opt into at checkout and provide a valid cellular telephone number. Should you not wish to opt in and require your tracking order send us an email 14 days after placing your order if you have not received it. Your request can be made on our website Contact Us form including your order number and we will promptly send your tracking number and link where the shipment can be tracked.

WHERE IS YOUR SHIPPING FACILITY ?

Our items are shipped via e-packet when available or an alternate trackable method so we do not need to carry additional costs on to our consumers and partners, we simply make a very slim profit on our product and unlike other vendors do not profit from shipping. As our stock is in warehouses in US, Singapore, Japan, and Australia we make every effort to use the most expedited Route.

I ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL PART OF MY ORDER ?

If you order more than 1 Item they may be shipped separately and in as timely a manner as possible and each item will have its own unique tracking number.

Not to worry if only a part of your order is received and you ordered several products, rest assured they will all arrive.
